Global-Tel Link Complaint - Are You Kidding Me?
OHIO -- I am so unbelievably frustrated with GTL. For the past 2 weeks I have been trying to establish an account with this company. I have faxed a copy of my phone bill now twice to GTL and after waiting 3-5 business days each time my phone is still blocked. I have made dozens of phone calls, and while they do actually call me back, no one seems to have any answers for me. In fact, I get a different answer every time. If I set up a pre-paid account with my credit card why the hell do they even need a copy of my phone bill? I have heard so many different answers to that particular question it's unbelievable. This is the most inept company I have ever dealt with. Shouldn't it be my choice as to what service I use to accept collect calls? Not to mention the outrageous cost of the calls.
I guess at this point I would be happy to get a call. Does anyone have a suggestion on how to expedite getting set up with this company? I would really appreciate any information out there.
