ACN Complaint - ACN Phone Service - Phone Service And Customer Service
FORT COLLINS, COLORADO -- We simply purchased the phone plan. Worked well for about a week...after which we failed to get through unless we dialed about 10 times. Quality was a nightmare. We disconnected and paid early disconnect fee. We were assured at the time we had paid up and disconnected in full.
Now...over one yr later they sent a final demand for same disconnect fee, I called, they apologized for the mistake and then took the fee by direct card on our account ...we are fighting on principle to have it refunded. They are refusing!!! Calls that should have been free under the plan, in our opinion were not, their customer service apologized, and said he agreed that it was incorrect billing..., again, but the next person refused to correct it.
UNLESS YOUR LIFE IS TOO SHORT ON STRESS AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! Quality dire... customer service and billing practices very dubious.
