Blinds-outlet.com Complaint - Don't Use The Company!

This company charged my credit card immediately and I had to call them over and over to find out where my blinds were ... it seems they failed to put them into production --- I waited another 2 weeks to call again and find out they weren't finished yet. The man explained they couldn't make he size I requested and had to make it into 2 blinds. I thought about it and called them back within a few hours to cancel and they said they had already been made and shipped! Wow, it took over a month before they made them and when they finally did it was only a few hours and they were shipped. The man said I couldn't cancel ...

This is the most unprofessional customer service I have ever received! Don't use the company!

Will they give you proof of shipment?

If not, just dispute the charge and be done with them.

I received the blinds, which don't fit my window correctly but they won't do anything about it .... I just want to make sure nobody uses them. My mistake needs to help others not to have to deal with this kind of sorry customer service.
