Levitz Furniture Corporation Complaint - poor customer service, delivery, quality of product
I AM WARNING EVERYONE THAT THIS COMPANY DOES NOT CARE IF YOU RECEIVE QUALITY FROM THEM AS LONG AS THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY. THAT'S WHY THEY DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS!!!
Item was delivered Dec. 12, 2003 45min late and damaged. Scheduled exchange date for Dec. 16th no one was home yet to receive it. Rescheduled for Jan. 14, 2004 truck had wrong item. Rescheduled for March 5th again truck had wrong item. Contacted the executive office they only offered to exchange it, no refund. Rescheduled for April 1st this time truck had right item but it was damaged. Contacted executive office was told they would call me back by 5pm. No one called. I contacted the executive office on April 2nd and was told that the next exchange date is May 20th. I purchased this item 4 months ago and cannot use it due to damage. Now I'm told I have to wait 2 more months. They will not issue a refund. I was told under no circumstance will they refund my levitz card. They only offered to exchange it or give me store credit. They no longer have anything that I would ever again consider purchasing because of these problems. PLEASE PASS THIS ON TO YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY.
