Countrywide Complaint - Crappy service from CountryWide
RENO, NEVADA -- Let me tell you a story about good ole Countrywide. My husband and I applied for a home loan got pre-approved for 160,000 which was fine. Based on our income and credit report. Now we are getting the run around. we paid $475 in appraisal fees and credit report. We had to change our closing date twice and now the underwriters have to approve the loan even after pre approval. Then they tell us we do not have enough expenses to close. Bull the seller is paying 4,500 closing cost, seller is paying 1/2 title and escrow fees and the title company is offering 75% fees off to new home buyers.
Good ole Countrywide makes you wait forever keeps taking money and give you the run around. Be careful with this bank.
