ILLINOIS -- I was having difficulty finding the stats feature on my account manager, so I sent Godaddy an email asking for help. They very promptly replied with a very detailed and easy to understand explanation, which I need since I am in no way technologically advanced!
Other times I needed help, I was able to call and the people I spoke with were polite and patient with my many questions! I am very happy with their customer service.
