Protica Nutritional Research Complaint - Poor Quality Control And Customer Response
1002 MACARTHUR RD, WHITEHALL, PENNSYLVANIA -- I have been purchasing this Protein drink and have been very happy with the results and quality of the product. I ordered 4 cases of the product every 3 to 4 months and mix up the flavors to keep from getting stale. I have ordered the Cool Melon Splash and before and found it to be refreshing but on my last order it came in brown had sediment in it and was generally bad tasting.
I started to work my way through the case and since it was my last and I was placing another order I sent off an e- mail on their website and asked if there had been any issues with the batch or flavor.
I am still waiting for the company's response 30 days later. I am not sure whether to finish the tubes or toss them out, my advice beware open cases on receipt and ensure they look right and do not buy multiple cases.
