Bizchair.com Complaint - Extremely Poor Customer Service
CHICAGO, ILLINOIS -- We ordered a chair and the shipment did not include all the parts for the chair.
We contacted the company two separate times to have the parts shipped to us. Both times, the company shipped a packet of bolts-which is not what was missing. And yes, we had explained exactly what we needed.
After exchange of several emails with a customer service representative who was rude and sarcastic, we talked with a 'supervisor' and hope to get the parts one day.
The company refuses to take the chair back unless we pay the shipping for the return.
