Rooms Made Easy Gulf Breeze Complaint - Rooms Made Easy Doesn't Care Once They Sell Product

MARY ESTHER, FLORIDA -- We bought 10 chairs from Rooms Made Easy and when they arrived they were "seconds" ! Everyone of the chairs had gouges and scratches and orange paint splotched on the black paint. The company said they won't replace.

that's pretty shady of them..keep on them hopefully they will make it right

Wow, that's pretty bad. They gave you used furniture, charged you for brand new, and now won't replace them? Have you contacted your State's Attorney General about this? You are owed new furniture.

You paid for new products, they gave you damaged products. They are obligated to replace them or give you a full refund.

I'd file a complaint with the BBB as well. If they are unwilling to cooperate with the Attorney General and BBB, take it to small claims court.
