Grand Circle Travel or OverSeas Adventure Travel Complaint - Thieves or Scammers?

BOSTON, MASSACHUSETTS -- On 03/05/09, I booked a cruise vacation for 06/05/09 to the Western Mediterranean for 15 days. On 04/02/09, I received an envelope with an itinerary for a London Cruise for 08/09 with no explanation. I was informed that my confirmed & paid for cruise had been cancelled, but no explanation was given.

I have called customer service, but given the run around and am having difficulty in receiving reimbursement of my money.

Call the cruise line of the original cruise to see if your Mediterranean cruise was actually cancelled as they claim. If it wasn't, dispute the charges with your credit card company, as there is a massive difference between the cruise you paid for and the cruise you got.
