Namesecure Complaint - Aided In Stealing My Account

My father didn't know much about computers, but I wanted to put his small business on the web. I bought a domain and did the setup my self - created emails for a few employees and put up a basic page for a presence and planned on doing more once we got into things.

While they enjoyed their emails, they never pursued development of the website, yet I continued to pay for this service for approx 10 years.

My father sold his company and the new owners managed to do a password reset on my account based upon knowing my mothers maiden name. I was notified of the change and emailed Namesure support about the situation. Besides the fact the password was sent to them in plain text and caused security issues with other accounts I have. I emailed Namesecure to tell them about the what was happening. Name secure sent me the following email:

My domain was paid for another 6 months and they transferred it out to the other party.

I would never recommend them to anyone unless you like having things stolen and wasting you money.
