Lane Furniture Complaint - Very Poor Customer Service

ROCHESTER, NEW YORK -- Our furniture is about three years old and we have been told by the Lane "expert" at Ruby Gordons that it was defective from the factory. We can't even sit on it the arms are so bad the foam is literally gone! we are using pillows. THEY
will not pay for it to be fixed. ONLY PARTS.

The customer service representative from Lane took a month to call and then she was very short and did not want to hear it. to top it off yesterday (two months later) I get an email stating they were sorry for delay in responding and here is a list of repair shops in my area. I will not ever recommend Lane to anyone.

have a leather recliner the color is comimg off,had 3yrs they cannot even find when we bought it , so there for what can we do nothing no more lane for us
