Airtel Complaint - Very Poor Customer Service

MUMBAI, MISSISSIPPI -- I was getting charged for Rs. 99 for value added charges in my mobile bill. I called up 121 & the response from them was "It is under processing, you will not be charged from next month." Still I was getting charged every month. I have written the same to 121@airtelindia.com asking for waiver. But no solution is provided by them. finally I wrote a mail that I want to cancel this number.

Prompt response from them was "please clear your outstanding bill amount & cancel the number." I am totally disappointed with such a poor response from such a reputed companies customer care.
