Champion Dealership - Brighton/Howell, MI Complaint - They Suck - Credit

Review by Lin0722 on 2009-04-22
BRIGHTON, MICHIGAN -- Their used loan officer [snip] promised that after a year of paying on my car faithfully he would get my interest rate lowered. Now he does not return my calls or tells me to com in (so I can upgrade and redo the load that way). I know it was my fault my credit was bad and I was forced to file bankruptcy because my mother had Alzheimer's and I took a lot of time off (not paid)so I could spend it with her. I fell behind and ended up losing everything.

But getting my interest lowered would of helped me greatly. Plus when I got in my car I noticed a burn mark I showed the salesman [snip] and he said "oh well". I do not smoke! Champion Dealership does not care.

Unless you got it in writing, there is not a whole lot that you can do about it. Do you belong to a credit union that might be able to help you out with this?

For next time...a car dealerships finance manager is there to finance the cars on their lot. They do not refinance loans and should not have told you that. I am a finance manager and will be glad to answer any questions I can. [no solicitations please]
