Czech Airlines Complaint - Crew Attitude On Czech Airlines
I flied from Tel Aviv to Prague on Apr 21, 2009 @ 6:05 AM, flight OK 287. The plane was quite full; however one of the stewardesses would not allow anybody to use the last row # 27 (6 seats).
When a young mother with a baby wanted more space and moved there, the stewardess told her with a voice of a drilling sergeant to move back to her seat. The stewardess declared that those seats are reserved for the crew. Apparently, the stewardess wanted the space for her to sleep, which she did.
I never heard of seats being reserved for the crew and the captain’s announcement told us that the crew’s job is to make the passengers more comfortable, not to sleep while working.
Also, no earphone was given on an over 4 hour flight.
