Spirit Airlines Informative - Misrepresentation By Spirit Staff
FT LAUDERDALE, FLORIDA -- We are in the process of trying to resolve some ticket purchases that where issued by Spirit under false pretenses. We were assured that the tickets were fully refundable and found that they were not.
We have our bank working on resolution and even they are having a hard time being able to contact them.
It is very obvious that the airline is avoiding contact from customers or their representatives.
ANY HELP on how to contact them would be greatly appreciated.
After much sluething by us and our bank, the issue was resolved favourably. We got a full refund and will use Spirit Air again.
Maybe that employee will be more honest at her new job.
