Credit Card Provider - Complaint
CALIFORNIA -- I was shocked and saddened to receive a notice from Neiman Marcus telling me they are having their credit services handled by HSBC as of now. I have nothing but disdain and disgust for the business practices of HSBC. Because of their unprofessional billing practices, I have cancelled three other credit cards that were handled by HSBC. Now, after being a Neiman Marcus customer for over 30 years, I'll have to cancel that account too.
I thought Neiman Marcus had so much more class than to work with companies with ethics(?) such as HSBC. I am truly sorry that Neiman Marcus has slipped so.

If I am not mistaken, Neimans has been with HSBC for awhile now.
