Kays Complaint - The Stones Fell Out - Ring

SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS -- For Christmas 2009 my Fiance bought me a nice right hand ring from Kays. In the latter part of February I noticed one of the small diamonds on the side of the ring fell out. He had purchased the warranty just in case, I took it in and they sent it away for repair after 7 days I got the ring back in looking at it something just didn't look right. I take the ring back to the store and have them clean it-as the girl is cleaning it a stone fell out right next to the one they replaced. So off to repair it goes. 7 days later I pick up the ring any guess what??? Missing another stone-so they offered to order another ring this time I tell them I will think about keeping it. So 7 days later I go get the new ring and something just doesn't look right. I decided to just do an exchange and now I am at home they have both rings the one w/out a stone and the one they ordered because they can't exchange the ring.

I can buy something else at 2x's the value or just keep the ring with one stone missing.

I HATE KAYS AT ROLLING OAKS MALL IN SAN ANTONIO.....

If they have two rings, why can't they swap stones to make one whole ring?

Kenpopcorn wouldn't that be nice but they can't "do" that???
Did get the ring minus one stone back today Customer sercive was good I can take it to another store and get something else. We shall see what happens tomorrow 4-24-09...
