Skype Complaint - Skype No Service and Fraud
I have been using Skype since 2006. All paid services. One fine morning I found myself not being able to call phones and found a message that my account loaded with money to make hundreds of hours of calls has been restricted. It suggested that I contact to support services.
I dutifully wrote an email from their web to the 'support?' and they asked me a few questions on my Paypal account. Questions that they don't have any right asking. Why should Skype ask me of what is my registered address on the Paypal, why should Skype ask me what is my registered e-mail with Paypal?
Anyway, I thanked them for not asking my Paypal's password and my sexual orientation and provided them the info.
No reply and no resolution of the problem. I wrote them again and again but absolutely no reply.
Not knowing what to do, I first removed them from my Paypal's auto-recharge.
Now I have no clue of how to get back the money in my Skype account.
If anyone knows what should one do to make Skype reply, please enlighten me.
Or do we make an internet group of those who are affected by Skype fraud, and then collectively, with all evidence on emails, go to the the court and punish it?
Help is needed.
