Philips Priority Service Complaint - Do Not Buy This Warranty Service

JEFFERSONVILLE, INDIANA -- This company makes up rules that are contrary to the printed contract to avoid a repair. There is no service and the warranty is essentially worthless. Regardless of your complaint, they have an out even though the contract says otherwise. The condescending staff all refer any problems to a supervisor who is never available.

A contract is a contract. They must honor it, not make illegitimate excuses why they shouldn't.

Contact your state's Office of the Attorney General. This could be the start of a massive investigation if this is a common practice.
