Honda Of Lake Charles Complaint - They Need Employees In Parts That Know What They Are Doing

LAKE CHARLES, LOUISIANA -- Today is 4/25/09 and on 3/31/09 I ordered a battery from Honda of Lake Charles and paid for it at the time, I have gone in there 3 times to pick it up and every time no ones knows what to do, they all say it is in but can't find it, today the same thing then a clerk brings one out saying I found it, I get home and it is not the battery I ordered or paid for.

HELP, a month without riding because the parts guys are confused and don't know anything about ordering batteries and they are not friendly at all, sour faces and personalities.
