Clear Link Technologies, LLC Informative - Very Fraudulent Company

Review by Millhouse on 2009-04-26
SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH -- I was an employee for Clear Link as an inbound satellite sales agent. I was brought into the company feeling like it was a very reputable company to work for.. I soon found my self very uncomfortable with what I had to do there, because I WAS TAUGHT TO COMMIT FRAUD in order to get sales for the company. Specifically, My manager [snip] and others had me use credit cards that were obtained fraudulently by previous customers in order to qualify individuals who did not have credit cards. Therefore leaving someones credit card on someone else's file. I also was taught to manipulate peoples names and socials so they could pass credit checks in order to get the Dish or Direct TV equipment for free.

I feel very strongly that this company needs to have a HUGE LAW SUIT against them for all of these actions and many more that are not in this message.

Their are many others who have witnessed this as well.

I hope someone reads this and acts upon it. I do not know how to go about filing a law suit and do not have the time either.

Thank You for hearing me out. This Is ALL VALID info.

Contact your state's Office of the Attorney General. He would be the one to investigate this.

I hope you have supporting documentation to back up the allegations you just made on this site. They are very serious, and if true this company should be shut down and charges brought against the executives. If not, you could be the one in trouble for slandering a company.

No big surprise that sales agents for Dish and Direct TV operate this way.
