Juniper Bank Complaint - Unethical/Illegitimate Business Practices
Juniper Bank, now part of Barclay is involved in unethical/illegitimate business practices where they have raised the credit card interest rates. This is similar to the other reviews found on this website. They also charged late penalties. Upon my request to their customer service including their supervisor (who are all in Manila), they mentioned they were helpless and following orders from their CEO - Richard Vague - Ph: 302-778-0717. The customer service would not give out the address to send the compliant. Based on the Barclay bank website, the above info has been posted. Anyone has ideas how to resolve this. President Obama recently talked to the credit card company CEOs.
This unfair practice needs to be stopped by our President. By the way, why are the call centers still in Manila when our tax $$ is being given to these banks for their bailout???
