Home Depot Complaint - A Poor Way To Operate There Store
DALLAS, WYOMING -- Its not worth my time to tell you a story that will only make me madder. No one knows what happened to the order placed and then when I find someone that does they make more excuses and to why the order was not placed. after re ordering after a guy comes to the house to measure they lost the order again. Now were are talking 3 hours at the store getting nothing done I am told they won't install the back area because it is called a porch and the moisture is to high in that area. the area is not a porch but some lady said from 1000 plus miles away not seeing the room would not install it. three weeks have pasted and still nothing was ordered. Also every time I go in the store all the employees run around counting stock and have no time to help you find anything or there out of stock and don't care about re ordering. Lines are slow at check out.
Lowes is where I shop now and don't mind driving 5 miles more to get great service. my spending at Home Depot was 3000 a month re doing homes but now Lowes gets 4000 and Home Depot can lay off everyone and go bankrupt to please me as I am sure will happen soon
