Jeff D'Ambrosio's Suzuki World Complaint - Very Unprofessional
FRAZER, PENNSYLVANIA -- I went to their shop to get the state inspection. They said my forks are leaking and they could fix it. After a week they said that couldn't find a BMW dealer but right on the spot another customer gave them the phone of one. After another week and a half they said that they got the part (~$12 seals) but it was the wrong part so they sent it back. After another week or so, they said that they replaced the part but the for was still leaking. So, after 5 weeks in total, I told them that no matter what I will take the bike from their shop the next day. Next day they called and suggested that I replace the fork legs because they are damaged (~$1000). The guy killed my battery when trying to start the engine. I paid $87 for garaging my bike in their shop (I guess). Then I took the bike with the forks heavily leaking now to a BMW dealer and dealer service representative said that the fork legs are good but the previous guys did put them the other way and "they don't know what they are doing".
