Sprint Informative - For The Employee Who Wrote To Complain About People Complaining You Are The Problem
ARIZONA -- I can not believe that an employee had the nerve to write a review about the people writing reviews. You are exactly part of the problem. As a company owner not only would I refund a customer that had been billed twice for a service but I would also fire any employee that thought they shouldn't be or had anything to do with the overbilling. There is no excuses for a company acting this way. With todays systems (computers) there shouldn't be mistakes but when there is then the company should bend over backward to correct them quickly, not put people off by wasting their time and jerking them around.
Sprint should be ashamed and it sounds like they need to fire some people too.
