Honda Complaint - Problems With My New Car
MYRTLE BEACH, SOUTH CAROLINA -- I bough my car April 16, 2001. It is a Honda Accord EX leather. I have had to take it to the service center for THREE problems in less than three months.
1. The air conditioner stopped working
2. I went through the car wash and water began pouring from the passenger side dash
3. Reverse problems periodically. It would 'jump' into reverse.
I have been driving a loaner car from East Coast Honda of Myrtle Beach for three days while my car sits in service. They told me to come tomorrow and we will sit down and discuss this. I have told them there is nothing to discuss. I refuse to take back a brand new $23,000 car that I am buying for my college graduation this past May. It was supposed to be a good experience and so far it is a nightmare. This is the fourth Honda I have bought and I will never forget the hell I am going through with the most important one. I have hired an attorney from the Bellamy Law Firm in Myrtle Beach. He has informed me of my rights and the procedure that he will be taking. After tomorrow I will know whether I am going to court with East Coast Honda of Myrtle Beach. They represent you, and I believe you should take action. I am not moving that lemon from the dealership lot. It will stay there and we will go to court.
At the very least I would like a response from your company regarding this incident.
