Nissan Complaint - Don't Expect Service Or Results From Nissan
HARTLAND, WISCONSIN -- I owned 4 Nissans and drove them for 23 years. I WAS a huge fan. Recently my Altima burned a quart of oil per week! This is a common problem. I was told by Nissan to get a repair estimate at a dealership. It would cost $5600 to fix! The the car is not very old and should not have this issue. After waiting an entire month and being jagged around, YESTERDAY I was told Nissan would not do anything because the car is out of warranty. It took a month to "investigate" that?!! The representative knew that right away.
The service team is unresponsive. I placed over 50 calls in the past month trying to get a response. Now that I waited SO long, my car died today right in the middle of my driveway.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. CUSTOMER LOYALTY MEANS NOTHING.
