General Motors Complaint - Bad Customers Service And No Quality In GM Products
UAE-DUBAI -- I bought a Chevrolet Tahoe 2009 from GM agent in UAE called "Liberty Automobiles". just one month ago, and since that day I'm having a lot of problems with the car. From first 1000Km I knew that I bought a very bad quality car.
In first service, I told GM agent here in UAE-Dubai that I'm facing a lot of problems, then they called me and say the car is ready, when I picked it up, nothing is fixed at all.
I called back Gm agent, they told me bring it again, it's mean that they never even checked the car.
I sent 2 emails for GM head office here in UAE-Dubai, but no response, then I sent again, then they emailed me and they said someone will contact with me very soon, it's now 3 days no one called even. Imagin the head Office of GM is ignoring the customers, how about their agent with their customers.
Now in 8000Km I'm facing these kind of problems:
- The Starter is not working correctly, from the first service.
- Front bumper is not attached with the body
correctly, sometimes I push it back with my hand.
- Strange noise coming from the engine
- Strange noise in front right side.
- Door handles have problems
- You can feel the vibration of the engine sometimes...ect
Economic crisis made GM reduces the quality of their cars to reduce the expenses.
