Universal Nissan Complaint - Sales/Banks

Review by 2maad_at_U on 2009-04-30
ORLANDO, FLORIDA -- I went to Universal Nissan to finance a Car and the service began great, offered everything in the world to us while we were there. I heard radio advertisement and I said "perfect" so I go to meat with one of the sales reps and we stood till 9:30 pm trying to push my loan through. Two days latter they tell me "NO" because my co-signer "refused" to say his address over the phone or so said the sales rep., and when I call a financing manager to fix the situation he tells me that is not the case. It was that I had no credit but my sales representative tells me " NO CREDIT IS GOOD CREDIT" so I was lied to by all angles and I am not happy about their Service even before I am a customer.

I hope this message hurts them in a way that never thought possible. Come to think about it "ARE THEIR ANY HONEST SALESPERSONS ANYMORE".

ARE THEIR ANY HONEST SALESPERSONS ANYMORE. well as for this I guess it depends on what honest is. Because I'm sure he was honestly trying to help himself and was hoping by some mircle with no credit some bank would give you money in this economy. Save some money and buy a used car from individual and screw the dealerships

While disappointing, you really aren't out anything. I can't blame the salesperson too much here. The only way you would know if you could get the loan was to try.

You might also consider the fact that there is a message in the dfact that no bank was willing to extend credit for this purchase. It's a good way of knowing that you are probably overextending yourself with this purchase.
