Koto Japanese Restaurant Complaint - Rude And Unprofessional Service
I just had dinner at this newly opened Japanese restaurant tonight with my family. We ordered 4 entrees, came 3 of them and saw the other one ready on the sushi counter, so we were eating and waiting for the other one to come. We did tell the server to serve everything together as we like to eat as dinner. Unfortunately we were done with the food on the table and the 4th entree didn't come and we were looking for the server ( at the kitchen chit chatting )>> can't find her so we asked another server to give us the bill and of cause canceling the remaining order. She asked ' Is that an entree or appetizer?' I said hmmm, I don't know but even its an appetizer it should have been served before the entrees. She said ' I ask you is it an appetizer or not......ahhh forget it, and she walked away. Then she and her co-workers start talking in their language thinking that wouldn't understand but hey are wrong, one of my family member understood them.
This was what they said.........WTF go ask that MF where the hell they come from, why so nasty....Excuse my words there, but these was what they said exactly. I would not recommend anyone I know for this restaurant.
