Jewelry Television Complaint - Jtv.com Bad Customer Service

KNOXVILLE, TENNESSEE -- JTV has become a nightmare. I have shopped with them for about 6yrs. I knew that their items were not top quality or even med. but affordable. I always keep my purchases under $100.00, a few times I did spend a little more, and am sorry I did. Lately, I have been having sooo many problems, they send you the wrong item and want you to ship it back at your expense, duh! Then they send out broken jewelry and watches with dead batteries, or they work and stop in a few weeks! They cancel orders on you for no apparent reason, twice this happens. I called and was told oh the item was mistagged, hmmm no sold out! If I got my order in and received a confirmation no., how was it already sold out? I could go on and on...but I did e-mail the owner MR TIM MATTHEWS and never heard back from him,,NICE GUY. They would rather lose another customer, then try and work something out, now that is DUMB!!

SHOPPERS BEWARE OF JTV, THEY ARE REALLY GOING DOWNHILL FAST. SHOP ELSEWHERE. I AM FOR NOW ON!!!!! CHECK OUT OTHER COMPLAINTS SITES, THEY ARE LISTED ON MOST OF THEM......
