DirecTV Inc Complaint - Never Going Back - TV
SACRAMENTO, CALIFORNIA -- OMG....Words can even describe how much I hate this company. Every time I call them I get lied to and their customer service reps are so clueless it makes me so frustrated. On top of the numerous times I've contacted them and been lied to last night the representative told me one thing then came back a couple minutes later and changed her mind and sounded like someone was coaching her so I asked for a supervisor so I could supposedly talk to someone who knew what they are doing. But it seems their supervisor just have more evasive answers and they never really help you. They seem to not care that the technician drilled all kinds of holes without my permission in the new house that I am renting. When I went outside and saw what he had done I almost wanted to beat the crap out of him for not asking me. He drilled over 100 holes in the stucco and new holes through the outside walls when he could have easily used the existing lines but didn't take the time to try to figure out which ones go to each room. Usually I give installers a tip since my brother in law installs for Verizon and it's the courtesy thing to do but only if they do it right. So I've seen someone post instructions on how to take DirecTV to small claims court and they won.
So it looks like I will be doing that as well if any money is taken out of my deposit. After my contract expires I will never go back to DirecTV cause it's just not worth the headache.
