EMachines Complaint - People - E Machine
I have had an E Machine for at least 10 years. When my old one broke down a month ago, I went and bought a new one expecting it to give me the same service the old one did. In talking to my carrier support, they told me the problems were with the machine. I called the E Machine support and they said my carrier support should be able to fix it. It took me over an hour with the India based support goup of E Machines to finally find this out. I am 80 years old and it was very aggravating to try and understand these people. I asked to speak to an American and they did nothing. I just wasted my time.
Hopefully I will get it fi8xed in time, but I will never purchase an E Machine again.
