National Accounts, Inc. Complaint - calling credits checks for May and June
ROMEOVILLE, ILLINOIS -- I sent letter on 6-12-01 via e-mail that has not be answered requesting May and June calling credit checks. On 4-30-01 I had 990 calling credits in my account of which only 500 were used on statement and I did not receive a check for the overage since I have a wireless account. I am also do an overage check for June since I had 1450 calling credits in my account on May 16th when I spoke to Holly.
To help keep me as a potential future customer, I would like the following:
I want my May and June checks for the overage.
I want to also know how many calling credits were in my account on 5-31-01. I want to be able to have a print out of my calling credits on a daily basis since they can go into account and change credits whenever they feel.
At the very least I would like a response from your company regarding this incident.
