TheCozyPineapple Complaint - Very Poor Customer Service

CLEVELAND, OHIO -- Do not use this company! When I didn't receive my order after they charged my credit card I tried to e-mail them twice. The E-mails never went through. Their voice mailbox was "full" every time I called. It wasn't until I complained to the FTC and the CT Attorney General's office and started calling or e-mail the companies whose brands Thecozypineapple supposedly carried that I finally got a response from a *****.. He had the nerve to sound annoyed. He told me he is canceling my order and crediting my Visa. This hasn't happened yet. By the way, his website say he doesn't charge a card until the order is shipped, but he wrote me that he was having trouble with the supplier -- so why did he charge my card?

Lenox Headquarters informed me that thecozypineapple is NOT an authorized Lenox dealer. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Excellent! You have done 2 of the 3 things that would have been suggested here on this website, with suing them being the 3rd.
