Mexicana Airlines and Mexicana Vacations Complaint - Worst Airline EVER! - Travel Package
CLAREMONT, CALIFORNIA -- A group of us decided to take a graduation trip to cabos leaving may 10th, 2009. We spent over 2k on the trip for just airfare and hotel. we booked it through Mexicana vacations. The swine pandemic has led many airlines, to postpone, reschedule and cancel airfares EXCEPT Mexicana airlines that does not care that Mexico city has closed their schools, restaurants, public transportation, and quarantined their residents until may 8th. Or that Cuba, Argentina, Costa Rica, Japan, France, New Zealand, and Canada have closed their border and travel to Mexico. our biggest fear is not getting swine, but getting the borders closed on us as the policies regarding this pandemic are changing rapidly or getting swine and being quarantine and unable to get back home. They refuse to give us a full refund even though it says that they would online in extenuating circumstances. out of the 2100 that we spent they offered us a refund of 750 dollars!
UNBELIEVABLE! They are the worst airline ever. they have the worst customer service, and I would highly recommend you take your business elsewhere!
