DeLorme Compliment - DeLorme GPS Customer Support
My wife gave me a birthday gift of a DeLorme Eartmate GPS. After I installed the updated firmware, I began having problems with loading multiple files containing large numbers of waypoints.
I contacted DeLorme's support by e-mail and I received step-by-step instructions on how to fix the problem. That didn't work.
I e-mailed back stating that this didn't work. DeLorme asked for the specific files I was trying to load. They tested them out, found them to be ok and provided another step-by-step solution based on the files and my description. This time it worked!
I was very impressed at how specific an helpful they were able to be, using e-mail! Great support by some that knows what they're doing, and it was fast!
