Hampton Inn & Suites Complaint - Double Charged/Billed
TEXAS -- I was double charged for one night stay at the Hampton Inn because they mispelled my last name on the reservation. Upon arrival, there was no inquiry into confirmation number. Credit card information was used instead to book an additional room, while reserved room was also added to the bill. Management, however has refused to fess up to accepting blame on this choosing instead to say that a confirmation number was asked for and not found upon arrival.
