Magellan Complaint - About the warranty of the GPS
I bought a GPS from this company and it seems that I don't knw what kind og warranty it works. I have my GPS in the box that it comes and inside the house. I took it in the weekend to used it and the front screen was crack by itself. I don't have kids in my home or anybody else that uses this product it is all pack up. How it broke no idea but it happen. They don't want to repaired it because they say is not cover. And in order to be fix I will have or to buy a new one or a refurnish one and you have to pay. If you buy a new one for a supposedly lower price you have to send your equipment to them see how they work. If is refurnish you don't you stay with it. So my question is what type of material brakes alone. They want me to pay 90.00 dollars and what about what I pay before. It will cost about 300.00 dollar for a single product. I don't think is fair for a client that once in a while this can break.
Now I'm stuck with a GPS that doesn't work and no service. How can I tell someone to buy a product from this company if the warranty doesn't work. And this product it works good. What a dilemma.
