USA Wallpapers Complaint - Refund/ Credit Nightmare
I placed an order with USA Wallpaper on Oct 27th, they immediately charged my account however only a portion of my order was finally received on 12-23-08. I called this company on 6 different occasions attempting to find out where the rest of the order was. No matter whom you spoke with it was always a different story concerning the backorder. The end of Feb. 09, I finally cancelled the rest of the order and sent back that that was received.
The 1st of April, I called and spoke with a Mgr and she was going to get back with me in a couple of days, which has never happen.....so I'm waiting. Possibly Better Business Bureau will work.
