Tazo Complaint - Tea Is Dangerous
I had a severe anticholinergic reaction to the zen green tea. I was taken to the emergency room via ambulance. Very frightening. I think there is more in the tea than we know.

There's alot of herbs/herbal foods and drinks that don't mix well if you're taking certain kinds of medications. Some are minor side effect others can be pretty bad. If you're taking any meds check and see if that's the problem.

this is no different than a person being allergic to a food item. they avoid those foods, so you should avoid this tea as well.
as with food allergiies, not everyone is allergic to this product.

For some reason Tazo Zen Green Tea has been making me vomit. I'm not pregnant. I had been drinking my first cup in the morning on an empty stomach after taking my levothyroxine pill. I have also felt sick to my stomach after drinking it in the afternoon. I drink lemon verbena tea and peppermint and spearmint teas, each by themselves with no adverse reaction.
