Jillian Michaels Complaint - Do Not Believe The Hype
HEWITT, TEXAS -- I really enjoy working out with Jillian Michaels; 30 Day Shread, Banish Fat/Boost Metabolism, No More Trouble Zones and her many exercises from the show, "Biggest Loser."
I am disappointed with her new book because she is spilling the same day old beans; stop eating processed foods, eat every 4 hours, do not smoke, get enough rest, ETC. I was expecting something different.
Jillian is talented when it comes to creating exercises that are moviating, but she not unique when it comes to what we should eat.
