Stay away...stay far away...from this company. I was suckered into a free month, not realizing there was a $19.99 recurring monthly charge. Stupid me, but it took me 3 months to figure this out. In the meantime, I have now paid $60 for their service, and I didn't use it after the first time. This is a terrible product for the money you pay.

Furthermore, you can't cancel online but have to call a 800#, as they try to "talk you out of cancelling". It took me 4 "nos" before they finally agreed to cancel.

Before the 30-day trial ended did you call to cancel? "New customers are eligible for our 4 Week No-Risk Trial. Simply cancel before the trial period ends and you will not be charged. If you like the service, do nothing and your account continues automatically."
