Some Lip Thing - Complaint
I ordered this lip pout on line and now am in a mess. I noticed a 29.95 deduction from my checking account with a tel # attached. I called and they were all too happy to remove me from the list but warned that I might also have been enrolled in their vip program - the person gave me a number to call. When I called that number, it was a pay by minute number which I have blocked on my phone. Why would I have to pay to speak with a company to remove my name from a list that I never agreed to? so now, if I do not get this stopped, they will take 99 when they want and the additional 29.95.
This is a horrible scam and fraudulent company. If you have been subject to the scam of this company, I hope you will take the time like I have to write a letter and copy both the Colorado attorney general as well as the attorney general of your state. I may even call John Stossel.

When you ordered the product you also agreed to a membership in the VIP program. In fact there is a check box you needed to click which indicates your agreement to the terms and conditions. Go to this: http://ionlineorder.com/faq.php and read item 7. Then click on the link at the bottom of the page for cancellation information. There was no fraud, just your neglect to read the terms but agree to them anyway.
