Bizchair.com Complaint - Liars - Didn't Have The Curio And Charged Me Anyway

CALIFORNIA -- I charged a curio on my credit card. Bizchair.com immediately charged my card. They didn't provide any response to my inquiries about delivery date. When I threatened to cancel the order they finally said the curio was damaged during shipment but provided no additional details. When I demanded another unit be shipped, they finally admitted the curio was never shipped and was never in stock. They had my credit card company's money in their bank for 1 month, drawing interest, and knew it was all a scam.

I hope they get their credit card processing pulled.

Dispute the charge immediately. They have no right to charge you for merchandise that never existed.
