1-800-Flowers.com Complaint - 1800Flowers.com Lost Another Customer
NEW JERSEY -- Waited 2 days for delivery of flowers for Mother's Day. Never showed up though they claimed a delivery. Promised various refunds by customer representative 1st night if no delivery. No delivery was made, but customer service representative 2nd night reneged on some of those refund promises made by the first. The CS told me 2nd night 45 minutes after last hour to be delivered that order was cancelled. When trying to reach them 2nd night I waited on the phone 12 minutes, was disconnected, only got busy signals next 20 minutes of trying. Finally connected after 10 more minutes of waiting.
Apparently by the busy-ness of the phonelines plenty of other folks were having problems with their orders. If this is the way 1800flowers treats customers I expect to hear soon 1800flowers is going out of business. They certainly have lost mine.
