Ashley Furniture Complaint - Horrible Service...
SPRINGFIELD, OHIO -- It is now May 09, we purchase our living room suit in February 09. It was to be delivered by March 17 09. Now, we have requested refund for undelivered furniture. 3 times we had days scheduled for delivery. 3 times no delivery. Many phone calls to store, to delivery, to CEO...many promises made......no delivery, no excuses, no real reason. I believe our furniture is in Nova Scotia being weaved...It has been the worst customer service, worst communication, and absolutely the worst experience we have ever received with a company. In these times of economic hardship, I would think the retail sales would be begging for business. I would bend over backwards to achieve the best customer service experience ever...it has absolutely been the worst of the worst. We have requested payment in full, and if that is not rendered there will be legal action taken. I will bad mouth Ashley Furniture any chance I can, and never recommend their services. NEVER.
There have only been apologies but never the ordered merchandise. Excuses are not what we paid for. I can only hope this will help someone else not to make the same mistake. DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE.
