JPMorgan Chase BAnk, N.A. Florence SC Complaint - Idiotic, Rude and Self Defeating
PORTLAND, OREGON -- If you are going to lower a customers home equity loan you might want to talk to them first or at the least make sure you know what you are doing. My home is valued at 194,000 (down from 250,000). I set my ceiling at 148,000 a couple of years ago knowing something like this could happen. So what kind of fool informs a good customer that his home equity is being lowered to 115,000 max. Since you can borrow up to 80% the ceiling would be 155,000. As I have added a new kitchen and bath and all new carpets, landscaping etc etc recently I would say my home is back up to 210 on the Portland Oregon Market. I have stayed with Washington Mutual because of this home equity loan and the original nice help I received from WAMU. Looking very strongly at Wells Fargo as of a few minutes ago (about the time I opened this rude letter).
What kind of bozo thinks a 3 bedroom Portland Oregon house is good for only 115,000 on a home equity loan with the owner in the 800 range of credit. Why did the Gov't (us) bail these people out?
