Home Depot Complaint - Please Learn How To Help Customers
I found that when I could find an employee at Home Depot they were generally polite and friendly but knew very little. I wanted to buy a product on sale in the flier and was told they did not have it yet, it was held up in shipping and would be in shortly they do not offer rain checks so my best bet was to call. I waited calling every second day to see if they had it in stock and was told no. Three weeks later I saw a new flier with the same item and was told again that it was not in stock and that they could not special order the item.
I turned around to find the item on the shelf behind me. The employee then told me the computer said that there was none in stock. Not good customer service.
